Introduction

SiSiB® WR1460 is an emulsion of silicone fluid, it can be used as water-repellent, hydrophobing, impregnating agents and moisture-proof treatment of gypsum, glass,ceramic, leather, paper, cement and marble.

SiSiB® WR1460 has an excellent water repellent property on gypsum board.

SiSiB® WR1460 can also improve the capacity of water repellency and softness of textile fabric.

Applications

SiSiB® WR1460 can be used as waterproofing additive in the production process of gypsum board.

SiSiB® WR1460 can be used in areas of treatment of cement, marble, fabrics, glass, ceramics, leather and metal.

SiSiB® WR1460 can be used in treatment of dry-sprayed substances (e.g.: extinguisher powders, various fillers).

Raw material of MH emulsion, Blend with hydroxyl silicone emulsion could keep the fabric with both breathable and waterproof property. SiSiB® WR1460 also could improve the fabric tear strength.

SiSiB® WR1460 can be used as a release paper isolation and crosslinking agent.

Packing and Storage

SiSiB® WR1460 is supplied in 200Kg steel drum or 1000Kg IBC tote.

SiSiB® WR1460 has a shelf life of 6 months in the unopened container under 5-30°C. Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
