ADDSiL™ 11720 by SiSiB can be used to stabilize formulations where an isocyanate-compatible product is desired.
ADDSiL™ 11720 PU silicone surfactant is efficient in one component foam and sandwich panel.
ADDSiL™ 11720 silicone surfactant can be used with cell opener to make foam have good dimensional stability.
Recommended use levels are 1.0~2.5 pphp. The optimum surfactant loading should be defined for the particular foam formulation
ADDSiL™ 11720 surfactant will become hazy when stored at temperatures below 20°C and will solidify to a soft silicone wax at temperatures below 0°C. The product should be warmed to room temperature and stirred before use.
ADDSiL™ 11720 is supplied in net weight 200Kg steel drum or 1000Kg IBC tote.
When stored at ambient temperature in the original unopened packing, ADDSiL™ 11720 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
