Introduction

SiSiB® SiM4008 is long chain with polar functional groups modified copolysiloxane masterbatch.

SiSiB® SiM4008 is mainly used in PE, PP system films, which can significantly improve anti-blocking & smoothness of the film, and the lubrication during processing, can greatly reduce the film surface dynamic and static friction coefficient, make the film surface smoother.

SiSiB® SiM4008 has a special structure with good compatibility with the matrix resin, no precipitation, no effect on the transparency of film and food contactable.

Applications

SiSiB® SiM4008 has good anti-blocking, permanent slip properties and lower coefficient of friction.

SiSiB® SiM4008 can be used in PE, PP film with better processing properties.

SiSiB® SiM4008 can be used in classical melt blending process like Single /Twin screw extruders, injection molding and side feed. A physical blend with virgin polymer pellets is recommended.

The recommend dosage is 1 to 10%.

Packing and Storage

SiSiB® SiM4008 is supplied in 25Kg craft paper bag with PE inner bag.

In the unopened original container, SiSiB® SiM4008 has a shelf life of two years in a dry and cool place.
