ADDSiL™ 11200 silicone surfactant is a non-hydrolytic polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer.
It is designed for iso-cyclopentane blown polyurethane foams; it provides good nucleation and excellent flow ability.

ADDSiL™ 11200 silicone surfactants for polyurethane foam provide good fluidity of the foaming materials and therefore excellent uniform density distribution of the molded finished product. In addition, the foamed plastic material will have extremely small cell and narrow cell distribution, as well as a very high rate of closed cell. The combined effect on fine cells and flow can deliver foams with constantly low thermal conductivities in all areas of the foamed refrigerator cabinet improving the overall potential energy savings.
ADDSiL™ 11200 silicone surfactant for rigid polyurethane foam provides good compatibility in the premixed systems containing polyether polyol, water, amine and fire retardant, avoiding haziness and phase separation.
The recommended concentration of this product by SiSiB is 2~3% of polyol (php).
ADDSiL™ 11200 surfactant will become hazy when stored at temperatures below 20°C and will solidify to a soft silicone wax at temperatures below 10°C. The product should be warmed to room temperature and stirred before use.
ADDSiL™ 11200 is supplied in net weight 200Kg steel drum or 1000Kg IBC tote.
When stored at ambient temperature in the original unopened packing, ADDSiL™ 11200 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
