Silicone Surfactant for High Resilience PU Foam

ADDSiL™ 13110 is a high-performance non-hydrolyzable medium-potency silicone designed for fine-cell polyurethane slabstock foam and flame-retardant foam. It offers a wide processing range (15kg/m³ - 45kg/m³) while maintaining fine cell structure and excellent breathability.

Introduction


ADDSiL™ 13110 is a high performance non-hydrolyzable medium potency silicone which is specially designed for fine cells polyurethane slabstock foam and flame retardant foam.


ADDSiL™ 13110 has wider processing latitude with range 15kg/m3 - 45kg/m3 of foam production, and it can keep fine cell structure and excellent breathability compared with other conventional silicone surfactant.


ADDSiL™ 13110 has excellent processing on both batch and continuous foaming machine.

Applications


  • ADDSiL™ 13110 is suitable for 10 kg/m3 - 45 kg/m3 density production.


Packing and Storage


ADDSiL™ 13110 is supplied in net weight 210Kg steel drum or 1050Kg IBC tote.


When stored at ambient temperature in the original unopened packings, ADDSiL™ 13110 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
