Introduction

SiSiB® PC19817 is a phenyl-modified polymethylphenylsiloxane, which has excellent compatibility with alcohol solvents.

SiSiB® PC19817 can be used as a water-resistant additive to reduce the greasy feel, such as skincare lotions and creams, sunscreen products, and shaving creams (lotions). It is also used as a shine and UV protection ingredient in hair care products.

Benefits & Applications

SiSiB® PC19817 can be emulsified with common emulsifiers and methods. It is miscible with ethanol (95%), isopropanol (99%), octadecanol and mineral oil.

SiSiB® PC19817 has good compatibility with lanolin, paraffin oil, paraffin, beeswax, and isopropyl myristate.

Recommended Usage Level: 0.5~5.0%
