MPKO Anti-Skinning Agent

SiSiB® PB2019 MPKO, CAS 623-40-5, is also know as 2-Pentanone oxime or Methyl propyl ketoxime. It can be used as anti-skinning agent for oil-based paint, alkyd paint and epoxy paint.

  

It is also used as important raw materials for low MEKO silane crosslinkers. SiSiB® PB2019 is a colorless clear silicone liquid.

Application


  • SiSiB® PB2019 can also be used as a chemical intermediate, like low MEKO silane crosslinkers for RTV sealants.


  • SiSiB® PB2019 silicone additives for paints and coatings can be used as anti-skinning agent for oil-based paint, alkyd paint and epoxy paint.



Packing and Storage


  • SiSiB® PB2019 is supplied in 190Kg steel drum.


  • In the unopened container SiSiB® PB2019 has a shelf life of one year.
