Hand Feel Modifier

Introduction

SiSiB® CE7033 is an emulsion dispersion of silicone resin oligomer, designed as an environmentally friendly multifunctional hand-feel modifier. It provides a long-lasting velvety touch, enhanced wetness, excellent film-forming properties, and a matte effect on various substrates.

SiSiB® CE7033 is widely used in water-based coatings, leather, cardboard, PVC, and other materials, offering improved texture and durability.

Applications

• SiSiB® CE7033 is suitable for various water-based inks, coatings, and the leather and cardboard industries. It is compatible with PU resin, acrylic resin, and other coating additives.

• Recommended Dosage: 1%-10%, depending on the formulation type. Feasibility testing is required before use.

• Application: Can be easily diluted or directly added to the system. Ensure even stirring after addition for optimal performance.

Storage & Handling Instructions:

• Stir Before Use: Slight stratification during storage is normal. Stir thoroughly before use; performance remains unaffected.

• Sealed Storage: Contains cross-linking groups—store tightly sealed to prevent air exposure and unwanted cross-linking.

• Compatibility: SiSiB® CE7033 is non-ionic and compatible with most anionic, cationic, and non-ionic additives. Conduct compatibility testing before mixing.

• Avoid Air Exposure: Do not expose the diluent or compounded product to air for prolonged periods.
