Introduction

SiSiB® SiM4012 is a polyester modified silicone additive with excellent thermal stability. It is used in thermoplastic products such as PE, PP, PVC, PMMA, PC, PBT, PA, PC/ABS, etc.

SiSiB® SiM4012 can obviously improve the scratch-resistant and wear-resistant surface properties of products, improve the lubricity and mold release of the material processing process so that the product property is better.

SiSiB® SiM4012 has a special structure with good compatibility with the matrix resin, no precipitation, no effect on the appearance and surface treatment of products.

Applications

SiSiB® SiM4012 can be used in scratch-resistant, lubricated, mold release in PE, PP, PVC, PMMA, PC, PBT, PA, PC/ABS and other plastics, etc.

SiSiB® SiM4012 has good scratch-resistance, which can be used in lubricated in thermoplastic elastomers such as TPE, TPU.

The recommend dosage is 0.3% to 1.0%.

Packing and Storage

SiSiB® SiM4012 is supplied in 25Kg craft paper bag with PE inner bag.

In the unopened original container SiSiB® SiM4012 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
