Introduction

ADDSiL™ 1202 is an acrylic leveling agent adsorbed by ultra-fine highly dispersed silica.

ADDSiL™ 1202 has wide versatility and is suitable for powder coatings of various systems.

ADDSiL™ 1202 can effectively increase surface smoothness, fullness, definition and reduce haze.

Applications

ADDSiL™ 1202 is used in solvent-based and solvent-free systems such as alkyd, acrylic, amino baking coating, polyurethane etc., and is particularly suitable for coil coatings.

Recommended Dosage

The recommended dosage is 0.5% ~ 2.0% of the total formulations.

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

It is added during any stage of the production process including post-addition.

Storage
