ADDSiL™ 12550 is a silicone surfactants designed for high resilience slabstock foam. It is a versatile and reliable for all formulations predominantly based on TDI 70+.

Application


  • In terms of silicone surfactant uses, ADDSiL™ 12550 polyurethane foam stabilizer is mainly used in HR molded foam manufacturing, providing extremely fine cells with excellent foam stability and homogeneous density distribution.


  • Typical use levels are 0.5~1.0 parts ADDSiL™ 12550 per 100 parts polyol.


Packing and Storage


  • ADDSiL™ 12550 by SiSiB is supplied in net weight 200Kg steel drum or 1000Kg IBC tote.


  • When stored at ambient temperature in the original unopened packings, ADDSiL™ 12550 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
