Application

SiSiB® MF2010-5 polydimethylsiloxane liquid is commonly used as a base fluid in silicone personal care products due to its excellent spreading characteristics. It may be used alone or blended with other cosmetic fluids to provide a fluid base for a variety of cosmetic ingredients. PDMS polydimethylsiloxane silicone oil, CAS NO. 63148-62-9, has good solubility in most anhydrous alcohols and in many solvents used in cosmetics, such as those for hair.

SiSiB® MF2010-5 polydimethylsiloxane by SiSiB—a reliable manufacturer, is an excellent lubricant for most plastic, rubber and elastomeric surfaces.

Because of the low pour point, wide service temperature range, good heat stability, SiSiB® MF2010-5 dimethicone fluid is widely used as Damping Fluid, Low Temperature Bath Fluid, Heat Transfer Fluid.
