SiSiB®PC19589 is glucose modified dimethicone and it’s a non-ionic W/O surfactant. This product has excellent ability to contain water, up to 90% water in the usage level of 0.5%-5%. It has low viscosity and good flow ability, making it easy to use in formulations.

Applications


  • SiSiB®PC19589 can be used in various kinds of silicone personal care products such as facial mask, water cream and essence.


  • How to use:

    Slowly add the water phase into the oil phase, and then stir the mixture quickly till uniform. Speeding up the stirring can improve the stability of the W/O emulsion system. Increasing the water proportion can improve silicone oil viscosity of the system.


  • Stir the oil and emulsifier thoroughly before adding water to emulsify.


  • If all the ingredients are liquid, emulsification can be operated at room temperature without homogenizer. Quick stirring can attain stable emulsion.


  • Recommend Dosage:

    The recommended usage level of this silicone surfactant product is 1%-5%when it is used as the main emulsifier, and is 0.5%-1.5% when it is used as auxiliary emulsifier.


Packing and Storage


  • SiSiB® PC19589 is supplied in 20Kg plastic pail or 200Kg steel drum.


  • In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB®PC19589 has a shelf life of 12 months in a dry and cool place at room temperature.
