Introduction

SiSiB® CS0208 is a modified alkyl polysiloxane silicone fluid designed for various release agent applications. It offers lubrication, anti-stick properties, hydrophobicity, anti-fouling effects, and excellent release performance, with high and low-temperature resistance.

SiSiB® CS0208 has good compatibility with organic polymers, making it ideal as a metal release agent, rubber release agent, and an internal release agent for plastics and synthetic resins.

• SiSiB® CS0208 is a high-performance release agent designed for anti-stick and release applications in plastic, rubber, and metal products, particularly effective for polyurethane release.

• It can also be used as an internal release agent for plastics, synthetic resins, and other materials. The recommended dosage varies based on formulation and desired properties, typically 0.2-5% as an additive.

• When used as a release agent, it should be emulsified or diluted to 2.5-10% and applied by wiping, brushing, or spraying onto the mold surface. Application should be adjusted according to actual process and equipment conditions, and it is advised to clean molded parts before post-processing to ensure optimal performance.
