Introduction

POWSIL-59491 is a methyl silicone fluid emulsion for textiles. It provides an excellent fuzzing effect and imparts a full handle to fabric. It enhances surface luster for good polishing performance and can also be used as a release agent.

Application

• POWSIL-59491 is suitable for short-dense fuzzing of fabrics such as polyester knitted fabric and T/C, providing medium softening without yellowing. It can also be used as a releasing agent for plastic and rubber, a polishing agent for leather and furniture, and an anti-blocking agent for rubber.

• Fuzzing for polyester knitted fabric, polar fleece:

• Release agent for plastic and rubber: Dilute POWSIL-59491 to 10-50% and apply to molds via spraying, painting, or soaking methods.

• Anti-blocking agent for latex gloves: Add 2-3g/L of POWSIL-59491 to the coagulation bath to break the film and prevent blocking, providing a smooth finish.

• Release agent for tire and sole: Use POWSIL-59491 as a release agent for outer tires and soles by painting or spraying the diluted solution directly onto the mold.

• Polishing agent for leather and furniture: Apply to the surface of leather or furniture, then polish to achieve a bright, smooth finish.
