Silicone Surfactant for High Resilience PU Foam

ADDSiL™ 12560 is a moderately active silicone surfactant for regulation and stabilization of the cell structure in high resilience molded polyurethane foams based on based on TDI 50 ~ TDI 70.

Application


  • In terms of silicone surfactant uses, ADDSiL™ 12560 is mainly used in HR molded foam manufacturing, providing extremely fine cells with excellent foam stability and homogeneous density distribution. It has a low viscosity, which helps promote intimate mixing with other foam components.


  • Typical use levels are 0.5~1.0 parts ADDSiL™ 12560 per 100 parts polyol.


Packing and Storage


  • ADDSiL™ 12560 polyurethane foam stabilizer by SiSiB is supplied in net weight 200Kg steel drum or 1000Kg IBC tote.


  • When stored at ambient temperature in the original unopened packings, ADDSiL™ 12560 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
