Introduction

SiSiB® MB4150 is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight active ingredient dispersed in HDPE. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional silicone oil easy to slip. A small amount of addition can improve the fluidity and processing properties of the resin. It is now widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastics.

Applications

SiSiB® MB4150 can be used in silicone core pipe / optic fiber duct / PLB HDPE pipe.

SiSiB® MB4150 can be used in large diameter pipe.

SiSiB® MB4150 can be used in packaging boxes, bottles to improve the surface smoothness.

SiSiB® MB4150 can be used in PE plastic sheets.

Recommend dosage:

The recommended dosage is between 1.5 and 5.0%. It can be used in classic melt blending process such as twin-screw extruder, injection molding. Physical blends of pure polymers are recommended.

Packing and Storage

SiSiB® MB4150 is supplied in 25Kg craft paper bag.

In the unopened original container SiSiB® MB4150 has 24 month life of one year in a dry and cool place.
