Recommended Dosage

The recommended dosage is 0.2-1.0% of the total formulations.

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

To achieve optimal defoaming, ADDSiL™ 5820 should be added to the mill base.

Noted that the shelf life would be 1-2 days after thinning.

Precipitation may occur at long-time storage as the presence of hydrophobic particles, stirring before using will not affect the quality of products.

Packing

ADDSiL™ 5820 is supplied in 25Kg pail or 200Kg drum.

Storage

When stored at temperatures between 10°C and 35°C in the original unopened containers, ADDSiL™ 5820 has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production.
