How to use:
Slowly add the water phase into the oil phase, and then stir the mixture quickly till uniform. Speeding up the stirring can improve the stability of the emulsion system.
Stir the oil and emulsifier thoroughly before adding water to emulsify.
If all the ingredients are liquid, it can be emulsified at room temperature without homogenizer and the emulsion can be stable by quick stirring.
Electrolytes, preferably NaCl at a level of 0.5%-2% should be added to the water phase to attain storage stability. Adding some antifreeze agents such as propanediol and glycerin can improve the antifreeze effect of the finished product. Increasing the water proportion can improve viscosity of the system.
The recommended usage level of this product is no more than 2.6% (according to the total amount of the formulation).
SiSiB® PC19597 is supplied in 20Kg plastic pail or 180Kg steel drum.
