Introduction

POWSIL-11800 is a hand-feeling modifier based on modified silicone, providing leather with a smooth, cotton-like feel.

POWSIL-11800 is widely used in top-coating treatments for water-based inks, coatings, leather, cardboard, and other applications.

Application

POWSIL-11800 is suitable for all kinds of water-based ink and paint, leather, cardboard and other industries, as a surface treatment agent.

Use in the paper touch oil, with matte velvet resin, adds 1.5-2% to increase the velvet.

Can be simply diluted or proportional directly added to use, stir evenly before use.

The recommended dosage is 0.3-3%, or according to different performance requirements.

Packing and Storage

In the original unopened packaging, POWSIL-11800 has a shelf life of 12 months in normal temperature conditions.

POWSIL-11800 should seal and store away from light. Temperatures below 5°C or too high may cause water dispersion to caking and delamination. Use as soon as possible after opening, and cover the container tightly when not in use.
