Silicone Surfactant for Rigid Foam

ADDSiL™ 11600 surfactant is a non-hydrolysable polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer. It is designed for polyurethane foaming system with HFCs/HFOs blowing agent. It is also suitable for some mixture blowing agents like LBA/CP.

Application


  • ADDSiL™ 11600 silicone surfactant for PU rigid foam is suitable for all HCFCs blown systems.


  • ADDSiL™ 11600 silicone based surfactant is designed for panel and appliance system. Due to good emulsify and nucleation ability, it makes final foam excellent thermal conductivity and very fine density distribution.


  • The recommended concentration of this product is 2% to 3% of polyol (php).


Packing and Storage


  • ADDSiL™ 11600 surfactant will become hazy when stored at temperatures below 20°C and will solidify to a soft silicone wax at temperatures below 10°C. The product should be warmed to room temperature and stirred before use.


  • ADDSiL™ 11600 is supplied in net weight 200Kg steel drum or 1000Kg IBC tote.


  • When stored at ambient temperature in the original unopened packing, ADDSiL™ 11600 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
