Introduction

ADDSiL™ 2002 is hydroxyalkyl-terminated silicone compound which has high reactive terminated functional group -CH2OH, the reactivity is higher than the Si-OH as the reaction functional group.

ADDSiL™ 2002 can improve the flexibility, water resistance, smooth and weather resistance of polyurethane materials.

ADDSiL™ 2002 can form the permanent low surface tension layer on the paint film surface.

Applications

ADDSiL™ 2002 is recommended to use in cross-linking systems which reacted with hydroxyl group, like polyurethane, amino systems etc.

Recommended Dosage

Recommended dosage:

0.2% - 1% of the total formulation for persistent slip.

2% - 6% of the total formulation for anti-fouling.

1% - 6% of the total formulation for resin modification.

ADDSiL™ 2002 can be added in any step during production.

Packing

ADDSiL™ 2002 is supplied in 25Kg pail or 180Kg steel drum.
