ADDSiL™ 11280 silicone surfactant is a non-hydrolytic polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer with high activity.
It is designed for water and pentane blown polyurethane foams; it provides excellent emulsion stability and voids reduction.

ADDSiL™ 11280 silicone based surfactant exhibits an excellent emulsifying ability and foam stabilizing effect due to its special molecular structure. It also provides good compatibility with pentanes avoiding haziness and phase separation, also with rather hydrophilic polyol compositions.
ADDSiL™ 11280 has excellent nucleation ability in pentane & all water blowing agent. It can make fine, evenly-distribute cells in foam plastic products.
ADDSiL™ 11280 silicone surfactant for PU rigid foam by SiSiB provides very good fluidity during the entire foaming process in the reaction system. It is especially suitable for electrical appliance production.
The recommended concentration of this product is 2% to 3% of polyol (php).
ADDSiL™ 11280 surfactant will become hazy when stored at temperatures below 20°C and will solidify to a soft silicone wax at temperatures below 10°C. The product should be warmed to room temperature and stirred before use.
ADDSiL™ 11280 is supplied in net weight 200Kg steel drum or 1000Kg IBC tote.
When stored at ambient temperature in the original unopened packing, ADDSiL™ 11280 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
