ADDSiL™ 8427 is a primary hydroxyl-functional polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane. It is used for organic resin modifier and thread lubricant.

Application


  • ADDSiL™ 8427 silicone additives can be used directly or diluted before application or addition to a resin system. Dilution can be accomplished by organic solvents or water.


  • ADDSiL™ 8427 soluble in water up to 20% solids add-in. Before addition to a water-based system, a 20% solid pre-dilution should be made.


Packing and Storage


  • ADDSiL™ 8427 for silicone resin system is supplied in 25Kg / 200Kg plastic drum or steel drum or according to customer's request.


  • In the original unopened packaging, ADDSiL™ 8427 has a shelf life of 24 months.
