
POWSIL™-51101 is a high-molecular silicone emulsion for textiles that enhances color, especially for dark fabrics. It deepens black fabrics, reduces dye usage, and reduces costs. When used with POWSIL™-51200, it achieves Arabic blackness in disperse dyes.

Improves the color depth by 20-30% for reactive dyes and acid dyes.
Can be used with super deepening agent POWSIL™-51200 together to achieve disperse dyes of Arabian Black.
Imparts good soft feeling to fabrics.
Excellent compatibility with cationic and nonionic softeners.

POWSIL™-51101 can be used for polyester, nylon, cotton, blends and printing fabrics.
1. Pad-dry-cure process
Dosage: | 10~40g/L (the original emulsion) |

3. For Arabian Black polyester and flax yarn process
One dipping and one padding process (30g/L POWSIL™-51101)→Drying(160ºC)→One dipping and one padding process (40g/L POWSIL™-51101)→Drying(160ºC).
Note: Detailed process should be adjusted according to preliminary tests.
To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored at normal room temperature, preventing prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold conditions, which may cause product separation. POWSIL™-51101 tends to be sediment on bottom during storage period. If the product is separated, stir the contents to homogeneous. If the product is frozen, thaw it at warm condition and stir after thawed.
