Application

POWSIL-59800 high concentrate softener by SiSiB, a reliable custom silicone product supplier, can be diluted with water and mild stirring to any lower grades. No additional emulsifier or acid is required.

Dilution Procedures:
Charge water into a tank;
Add POWSIL-59800 into the tank;
Start to stir with a mixer or a hand-stick. Continue to stir until all POWSIL-59800 is well dispersed.
Stop stirring and stand for a while. A clear microemulsion is formed.
POWSIL-59800 silicone softening agent can be used as received or pre-diluted with water before applying. The desirable usages are dependent on the required softness of the fabric and yarn after dyeing and rinsing.

To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored at normal room temperature, preventing prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold conditions, which may cause product separation. POWSIL-59800 tends to be sediment on bottom during storage period. If the product is separated, stir the contents to homogeneous. If the product is frozen, thaw it at warm condition and stir after thawed.
