Introduction

SiSiB® PC19598 is polyether-modified silicone oil, which contains different types of polyether chains in its structure.

SiSiB® PC19598 has strong emulsifying properties and can emulsify dimethyl silicone oil and various modified silicone oils in a wide viscosity range when used alone. The resulting emulsion has high stability and is an ideal emulsifier for Si/W formula.

Benefits & Applications

SiSiB® PC19598 is mainly used in O/W silicone emulsion formulation. For example, it can emulsify Dimethicone, Phenylmethhicone, Hydroxyl silicone oil, Amido Dimethicone, Alkyl Dimethicone, etc, to obtain stable low-viscosity O/W silicone emulsions.

How to use:

Mix SiSiB® PC19598 with silicone oil and stir well to form a uniform system. Add a small amount of water to this systerm at a time and stir well. It can reach an initial emulsion like cream. Then continue to add water. At this stage, the amount of water should be adjusted according to the formula. Add water slowly while stirring. A stable silicone emulsion can be obtained.

Recommended Dosage

The recommended dosage is 2~10% (according to the total amount of the formulation).

Packing

SiSiB® PC19598 is supplied in 50Kg plastic pail or 200Kg steel drum.
