Application


  • ADDSiL™ 11060 silicone surfactants for polyurethane foam have excellent emulsifying ability and good solubility for polyester polyol or polyether polyol, pentane and water, to ensure a homogeneous mixing of foaming materials, remaining miscible for a long time, so that an ideal storage stability in the polyester polyol or polyether polyol system can be obtained.


  • In addition, ADDSiL™ 11060 provides fine, evenly-distributed cells in foamed plastic with increased mechanical strength and low coefficient of heat conduction.


  • ADDSiL™ 11060 by SiSiB is mainly used for manufacturing polyester polyurethane and polyether polyurethane rigid foam plastic, and is a foam stabilizer for PIR foaming process.


  • ADDSiL™ 11060 silicone surfactant for rigid polyurethane foam is also suitable for the production of various kinds of polyester polyols such as terephthalic acid based polyester polyol and adipic acid based polyester polyol.


  • The recommended concentration of this product is 2% of polyol (php).


Packing and Storage


  • ADDSiL™ 11060 surfactant will become hazy when stored at temperatures below 20°C and will solidify to a soft silicone wax at temperatures below 10°C. The product should be warmed to room temperature and stirred before use.


  • ADDSiL™ 11060 is supplied in net weight 200Kg steel drum or 1000Kg IBC tote.


  • When stored at ambient temperature in the original unopened packing, ADDSiL™ 11060 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
