Introduction

SiSiB® MB400 is a pelletized formulation with 50% active ingredient dispersed in Thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU).

Applications

SiSiB® MB400 is particularly developed for TPU shoe’s sole compounds, helping to improve the final items abrasion resistance and decrease the abrasion value in the thermoplastics.

We suggest the addition level of SiSiB® MB400 is less than 1.0%.

SiSiB® MB400 can be used in classical melt blending process like Single /Twin screw extruders, injection molding. A physical blend with virgin polymer pellets is recommended.

Packing and Storage

SiSiB® MB400 is supplied in 25Kg craft paper bag.

In the unopened original container, SiSiB® MB400 has a shelf life of two years in a dry and cool place.
