Introduction

KOBOND™ 9001 is a rheology additive which is used as anti-sagging and anti-settling agent in solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems.

KOBOND™ 9001 can create thixotropic flow behavior, improving the anti-sagging and anti-settling properties.

KOBOND™ 9001 is suited for solvent varnish system, it can increase the viscosity quickly and make the coating with good anti-setting and anti-sagging properties.

Applications

KOBOND™ 9001 is applied in solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems.

Recommended Dosage

Recommended dosage:

0.1% ~ 0.7% of the total formulation to prevent settling.

0.5% ~ 3.0% of the total formulation to prevent sagging.

Post-addition is possible, the above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

Storage
