ADDSiL™ 11300 silicone surfactant is a non-hydrolytic polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer. It is designed for pentane blown polyurethane foams.
ADDSiL™ 11300 provides low thermal conductivities; it is an excellent candidate for insulating appliance and PIR/PUR formulations.

ADDSiL™ 11300 silicone based surfactant provides uniform density and highly closed cellular structures and therefore insulation and mechanical strength. The combined effect on fine cells and flow can deliver foams with constantly low thermal conductivities in all areas of the foamed refrigerator cabinet improving the overall potential energy savings.
ADDSiL™ 11300 silicone surfactant for PU rigid foam brings very good fluidity during the entire foaming process in the reaction system, extremely increasing the silicone adhesive strength of polyurethane foam.
The recommended concentration of this product is 2% of polyol (php).
ADDSiL™ 11300 surfactant will become hazy when stored at temperatures below 20°C and will solidify to a soft silicone wax at temperatures below 10°C. The product should be warmed to room temperature and stirred before use.
ADDSiL™ 11300 is supplied in net weight 200Kg steel drum or 1000Kg IBC tote.
When stored at ambient temperature in the original unopened packing, ADDSiL™ 11300 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
