SiSiB® CE7305 - Nanjing SiSiB Silicones Co., Ltd.

Introduction

SiSiB® CE7305 is a water-based crystal plating additive made from special silicone oligomer emulsions. It quickly forms a durable water-based coating on surfaces, creating a "lotus leaf effect" that accelerates water droplet roll-off.

SiSiB® CE7305 is compatible with water-based formulations and surfactant systems, ensuring good compatibility.

Applications

SiSiB® CE7305 offers excellent water resistance and wash resistance, making it suitable for automotive paint, glass, and other substrates. It provides enhanced surface protection and improves surface lubrication.

SiSiB® CE7305 can be diluted 100-300 times and used directly.

Alternatively, you can formulate it with non-ionic surfactants such as CAB-35 and AEO9 to prepare a concentrated car wash liquid. The recommended addition of SiSiB® CE7305 is 5-10%, and the concentrated car wash liquid can be diluted 100 times for use.

Packing and Storage

SiSiB® CE7305 is recommended to be protected against freezing and should not be stored in an environment with temperatures below 5°C.

In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® CE7305 has a shelf life of 12 months in a dry and cool place.
