Introduction

SiSiB® CE0203 is a modified alkyl aryl polysiloxane silicone emulsion designed for various release agent applications. It offers lubrication, anti-adhesion, hydrophobicity, and anti-fouling properties, along with excellent repainting ability and strong decorative performance after coating. With good compatibility with organic polymers, it is particularly suitable for aluminum and aluminum alloy molding, casting, and extrusion.

• The dosage depends on the formulation type and desired properties, and it can be applied by wiping, brushing, or spraying in diluted form.

• The recommended initial dilution ratio is 1:100 (emulsion to water), which can be adjusted based on requirements and equipment conditions. For optimal results, it is advised to clean the mold before post-processing and handling.
