Introduction

SiSiB® SiM4004 is a slip and anti-block masterbatch. It uses PE as the carrier, with copolymerized polysiloxane as the slip agent and synthetic silica as the anti-block agent. It is suitable for PE films.

Applications

SiSiB® SiM4004 has good anti-blocking & permanent slip properties, lower coefficient of friction, and better processing properties in PE film.

It should be directly added to the surface layer of the film.

The recommend dosage is 1% to 6%.

Packing and Storage

SiSiB® SiM4004 is supplied in 25Kg craft paper bag with PE inner bag.

In the unopened original container SiSiB® SiM4004 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
