Silicone-EVA Masterbatch

SiSiB® MB2050 is an ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA). It is designed to be used as additive in resin compatible systems to improve processing and modify surface characteristics.

Application



  • SiSiB® MB2050 should be blended with virgin polymer pellets to give the desired Siloxane leveling the final product.


  • SiSiB® MB2050 can be added during compounding in a single screw extruder or added at the feed hopper during the injection silicone molding or extrusion.


Packing and Storage



  • In the unopened original container SiSiB® MB2050 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
