Introduction

POWSIL™-62111 is a hydrophilic, silicone-based anti-bacterial softener that imparts a soft, silky feel to a wide range of fabrics while providing antibacterial properties.

Applications

POWSIL^TM-62111 can be used as received or pre-diluted with water before applying.

It is recommended to conduct a preliminary test to determine the optimal dosage.

1. Pad-dry-cure process

Dosage	10-20g/l for light fabric or 20-50g/l for heavy fabric
pH	5.0-7.0
Temperature	Ambient temperature
Dry/Cure	120-170°C for 1-3 min

2. Exhaustion process

Dosage	1.0~ 2.0% o.w.f. for light fabric or 2.0~5.0% for heavy fabric
Liquor ratio	1/10-1/20
pH	5.0-7.0
Temperature	Ambient temperature
Time	20-30 min
Drying	100-130°C for 3-5 min

3. Garment washing process

Dosage	1.5-5.0% o.w.f.

Guides of Stripping:

POWSIL^TM-62111 can be stripped off fabric. The stripping formulation is as follows:

NaOH:	5 g/l
LABS (30%):	2-5%

Add water and NaOH onto fabric tank and then heat to 100°C for 60 min. Then rinse fabric with acidic water and then pure water.

Packing and Storage

POWSIL^TM-62111 is packaged in net weight 120Kg Drum or 1000Kg IBC tote.

In the unopened original container POWISL^TM-62111 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
