Introduction

SiSiB® WR1450 is a solvent-free emulsion of silicone resin, which can be used as the binder for the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters.

The products made of SiSiB® WR1450 will have excellent quality if the formula is proper, such as high permeability to water vapor and CO₂, low soiling tendency, low water absorption, and mineral appearance.

Applications

SiSiB® WR1450 can be used as silicone resin emulsion coating and exterior coating.

SiSiB® WR1450 can be added to achieve an excellent beading effect and facades must be primed before painting for optimal protection.

SiSiB® WR1450 should be added to the paint product in ratios of 3-15% depending on the end use properties desired to be achieved in the final products.

SiSiB® WR1450 can be diluted with water.

Packing and Storage

SiSiB® WR1450 is supplied in 200Kg steel drum or 1000Kg IBC tote.

SiSiB® WR1450 has a shelf life of 12 months in the unopened container below 30°C. Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
