Introduction

POWSIL™-99852 is an economic, soft and eco-friendly textile softener concentrate. It provides softness and a silky hand feel to various fabrics.

POWSIL™-99852 is hydrophilic and stable during textile finishing processes, no oil spots on fabrics. It can be used with other finishing agents, particularly with wrinkle-free systems and adhesives.

Application

POWSIL™-99852 can be used directly or pre-diluted with water before use.

The contents of POWSIL™-99852 must be stirred thoroughly to ensure uniformity in the drum before use.

The optimal treatment method, including dosage, depends on the desired softness of fabrics and yarns after dyeing and finishing.

POWSIL™-99852 can be diluted with water to any desired concentration. For optimal dilution, it is recommended to mix POWSIL™-99852 and water in 1:1 ratio initially, stirring well. Then, add the remaining water to achieve the final dilution and continue stirring. A transparent micro-emulsion will be obtained.

Stripping:

POWSIL™-99852 can be stripped off fabric. The stripping formulation is as follows:

Add water and NaOH and detergent onto fabric tank and then heat to 100°C for 60 min. Then rinse fabric with acidic water and water.
