ADDSiL™ 16176 is a non-hydrolyzable silicone copolymer designed for One Component Foam (OCF), polyurethane (PUR), and poly-isocyanurate (PIR) lamination systems. It stabilizes the foam structure, enhances pre-polymer compatibility, improves foaming efficiency, and ensures good foam flow and uniform density distribution.
ADDSiL™ 16176 is a non-hydrolyzable silicone copolymer designed for One Component Foam (OCF), poly-urethane (PUR) and poly-isocyanurate (PIR) lamination systems.
In OCF applications ADDSiL™ 16176 will stabilize the foam structure and assist greatly in pre-polymer compatibility. In rigid lamination systems, ADDSiL™ 16176 can significantly improve lambda values compared to conventional silicone surfactants, making it the ideal choice to assist in meeting increasingly tough building regulations.
Improves foaming efficiency, brings good foam flow and well density distribution.
Good compatibility with polyol pre-blends, and non-hydrolysable structure for excellent pre-mix stability.
Low viscosity and low freezing point allowing for easy handling and accurate pumping.
