Silicone Leveling Agent

ADDSiL™ 8290 is a polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane with ABA structure; it is used to enhance flow, leveling and gloss.

Packing and Storage


  • ADDSiL™ 8290 silicone paint additive will become hazy when stored at temperatures below 5°C. The product should be warmed to 20°C and stirred before use.


  • ADDSiL™ 8290 is supplied in 25Kg plastic pail or 200Kg steel drum. In the original unopened packaging, ADDSiL™ 8290 has a shelf life of 24 months.
