
SiSiB® PF1079 is a silanol-terminated poly(methyl-trifluoropropyl)siloxane (CAS No. 68607-77-2) offering excellent oil and solvent resistance, low surface tension, and a low refractive index. It is also used as a structure control additive in silicone rubber compounding.
SiSiB® PF1079 is silanol terminated poly(methyl-trifluoropropyl)siloxane. It is colorless to yellowish liquid. It has good oil resistivity and solvent resistance due to its low surface tension and refractive index. SiSiB® PF1079 can be used in a wide range of operating temperature from -60°C to 250°C.

Low viscosity PF1079 is employed as filler treatments and structure control additives in fluoro silicone rubber compounding.
High viscosity PF1079 is used as a base polymer for the production of RTV-1 fluoro silicone rubbers.
SiSiB® PF1079 is supplied in net weight 5Kg, 10Kg, and 20Kg drum.
In the unopened original container SiSiB® PF1079 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
