Introduction

SiSiB® CE7022 is a hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane emulsion designed for cold blending processes. It features excellent wetting and dispersion properties, forming a uniform and smooth film even at low concentrations. Applications

SiSiB® CE7022 is widely used in applications such as rubber release agents, aerosol ironing aids, fabric softeners, polyurethane treatments, paint and plastic polishing, and molding release agents.

The typical dosage varies depending on the formulation, generally ranging from 0.3% to 6%, with testing recommended before use. It can also be diluted with water to a concentration of 0.5% to 5% for impregnation, painting, or spraying. For optimal results, an air spray device is recommended to ensure a uniform release film. To achieve the best finishing effect, SiSiB® CE7022 should be thoroughly mixed before use.

Packing and Storage

In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® CE7022 has a shelf life of 6 months in a dry and cool place.
