SiSiB® LR1300 series are paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding process. It is designed for manufacturing baby care products with high tear strength and low volatile.

Curing condition:

Volatile< 0.75% after first cure 10 minutes at 140°C, post cure 1 hour at 200°C.


Application


  • LSR rubber for baby pacifiers, bottles, baby tableware, breast pump seal ring and baby toys, etc.


Packing and Storage


  • SiSiB® LR1500 silicone rubber is supplied in 20Kg box, with plastic bag inside.


  • In the unopened original container it has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
