UV curing coatings.
ADDSiL™ 7500 is used as defoaming additive for radiation-curing coatings, it can improve mechanical resistance and reduces friction. It is especially suitable for pigmented formulations.
The recommended dosage is 0.1~1.0% of the total formulations.
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
It is added during any stage of the production process including post-addition. ADDSiL™ 7500 can be used as supplied or diluted before addition. Predilution in a suitable solvent simplifies dosage and incorporation.
ADDSiL™ 7500 is supplied in 25Kg / 200Kg plastic drum or steel drum or according to customer’s request.
In the original unopened packaging, ADDSiL™ 7500 has a shelf life of 24 months.
