Introduction

SiSiB® PC16268 is a kind of silicone elastomer gel, which is a blend of Isododecane and Dimethicone/Vinyldimethicone crosspolymer.

SiSiB® PC16268 can be formulated into W/O or O/W emulsions, water-in-silicone-oil emulsions and anhydrous products etc. And it provides with smoothness, silky, and non-greasy touch.

SiSiB® PC16268 can be used in skin care, hair care, and other potential formulations, such as sun care, color cosmetics, and styling aid, etc.

How to use:

This product could be dispersed into the oil-phase using simple mixing.

SiSiB®PC16268 can be added to the oil phase or silicone phase in an emulsion formulation.

SiSiB® PC16268 can be post-added to emulsions provided the emulsion is viscous enough for the products to be dispersed.

For ease of use, blending with dimethicone, cyclomethicone, phenylmethicone, fatty acid ester or hydrocarbon may reduce this product’s viscosity.

The material of SiSiB® PC16268 should be processed in an enclosed vessel to prevent the volatility when heat is used, and the processing temperature should not be over 50°C.

Recommended Dosage

The recommended usage level is 1-20%.

Packing

SiSiB® PC16268 is available in 15Kg plastic pails or 150Kg steel drums.
