Introduction

SiSiB® SiM5007 is modified copolysiloxane with polar functional groups. It can be used as silicone additives in the processing of PE, PP and other plastic and rubber products, greatly improving the lubricity and surface characteristics during plastic extrusion.

SiSiB® SiM5007 can significantly improve releasing and processing property, reduce die deposit and improve sharkskin instability.

SiSiB® SiM5007 has good compatibility with the resin matrix, no precipitation, no effect on the appearance of the product and surface treatment.

Applications

SiSiB® SiM5007 can be used in preparation of polyolefin films, polyolefin wire extrusion, polyolefin pipe extrusion, fluorinated PPA application related fields.

SiSiB® SiM5007 can be premixed with masterbatch, powder, etc. It can also be added in proportion to produce masterbatch.

SiSiB® SiM5007 has good high temperature resistance properties and can be used as an additive for polyolefin and engineering plastics.

The recommend dosage is 0.1% to 5%. The amount used depends on the composition of the polymer formula.

Packing and Storage

SiSiB® SiM5007 is supplied in 25Kg paper box which with PE inner bag.

In the unopened original container SiSiB® SiM5007 has a shelf life of two years in a dry and cool place.
