ADDSiL™ 11830 silicone surfactant is a non-hydrolysable silicone copolymer designed for manufacturing rigid polyurethane foams. It is highly effective in applications such as refrigerators and pipe insulation, enhancing foam stability and performance in demanding thermal insulation environments.
ADDSiL™ 11830 silicone surfactant is a non-hydrolysable silicone copolymer designed for use in the manufacture of rigid polyurethane foams.
ADDSiL™ 11830 can be excellent used in refrigerators and pipe insulation applications.
Provides good solubility of pentane or HFC/pentane mixtures in the typical polyol formulations in the appliances industry.
Improves nucleation and provides extremely fine celled foams, ensures the foam with low thermal conductivities.
Improves foaming efficiency, brings good foam flow and well density distribution, reduces the formation of void.
