Silicone HIPS Masterbatch

SiSiB® MB10050 is an ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in HIPS resin. It is designed to be used as additive in resin compatible systems to improve processing and modify surface characteristics.

Application


  • SiSiB® MB10050 is used to improve the mobility of silicone resin, processing performance and mole release.


  • SiSiB® MB10050 with high impact polystyrene resin is used to increase productivity and reduce product defect rate.


  • SiSiB® MB10050 greatly improves the surface finish of final products and hand feel.


  • SiSiB® MB10050 has no effect on the surface printing.


  • We suggest mixing SiSiB® MB10050 with compatible resin at a certain proportion, such as 2-5%, then silicone molding or pelleting directly.

 

Packing and Storage



  • In the unopened original container SiSiB® MB10050 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
