Vinyldimethyl-terminated Polydimethysiloxane

SiSiB® vinyl-terminated dimethylpolysiloxanes are available in a variety of viscosities. 


Vinyl terminated silicone fluid is a base polymer for addition-curing RVT-2k (room temperature vulcanizing two component), LSR (liquid silicone rubber) silicone rubber. The terminal vinyl groups take part in the vulcanization reaction with Crosslinking agents in the presence of Catalysts.

Application


  • SiSiB® VF6030-20 in a variety of silicone oil viscosity can be used as base polymers or as blend polymers in order to create the desired hardness. These polymers can be cured with silicon-hydride crosslinkers and a platinum catalyst.


Packing and Storage



  • In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® VF6030-20 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
